Server support and maintenance

Our server installations are tailored to the requirements of small and medium sized enterprises.  After installation, we carry out most management and maintenance remotely, without the customer even being aware it is happening.  We set our servers up to providede us with daily health reports (by email) summarising any operational issues arising.  We are then able to resolve those issues before they become a problem for the customer.

Our server management objective is simple - Maximum Stability.  We are able to deliver high levels of server availability because we manage our customer's servers to eliminate de-stabilising factors such as virus infections, unscheduled software changes and security violations.
